Welcome to the Kobe Sake Tasting Experience.
We will introduce you to three or four of our favorite breweries.
We love sake, and we will tell you about the process of making sake by comparing different types and brands of sake.
You can taste the difference between the finest sake, unfiltered unpasteurized sake, and other seasonal sake.
You will also have the opportunity to taste the difference between the finest sake and unfiltered, unpasteurized, seasonal sake.
You can taste and taste the freshly made sake and learn about the production process.

First Place-HAKUTSURU Sake Brewery Museum
At HAKUTSURU SAKE Brewing Co., Ltd. is Japan's largest brewery!
There have opened our old sake brewhouse in its original form to the public as the Sake Brewery Museum.
Our hope in doing so is to give visitors a feel of the tradition of sake making that has been carried down through the ages and to broadly and deeply convey the "heart of Japan" to the sake making world.
There is a tasting corner and a shop where you can buy alcohol and souvenirs in the same building, where you can have your first taste. -

From 2nd place onwards-Sake breweries and shops
We will visit 3 to 4 locations, taking into account the regular holidays of each sake brewery.
We'll also visit a special brewery, founded over 250 years ago, which still makes sake in small batches.
You will get to know the whole production process, while getting a feel for the deliciousness of sake by actually tasting freshly made sake. -

Hanshin Line Uozaki Station or Ishiyagawa Station end.
(The stations at which the tour ends will change depending on the day of the week.)
What you can expect on this tour
As the saying goes, “Men drink from Nada (Kobe) and women drink from Fushimi (Kyoto),” Nada sake is influenced by mineral-rich water and has a dry taste.
We will guide you on how to enjoy snacks that go well with sake.
To enjoy a variety of types according to your enjoyment of the season. Come learn and explore sake in depth.
Additional Information
Please note that transportation and lunch are not included. Comfortable shoes are recommended as a little (easy) walking is required.
The legal drinking age in Japan is 20. Parents with children may accompany their children free of charge.
We do not allow children (under 20 years of age) to drink alcohol.
They are welcome to join us for a non-alcoholic, healthy and delicious drink called amazake, which will be given to them.
If you are bringing children, please let us know when you make your reservation.
We walk around 3km, I recommend that you wear comfortable shoes.
Please bring a backpack for souvenir sake bottles.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received less than one week in advance will receive a 90% refund minus a handling fee.
Cancellations received less than 3 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made the day before or the day of the event.
