Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received less than one week in advance will receive a 90% refund minus a handling fee.
Cancellations received less than 3 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds will be given for cancellations made the day before or the day of the event.
Please contact us to reschedule and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can minors and children participate?
Yes, Parents with children may accompany their children free of charge.
Please bring a drink for your child.
The legal drinking age in Japan is 20.
We do not allow children (under 20 years of age) to drink alcohol.
What if I'm running late for the tour?
The confirmation email we will send you the day before the tour will contain instructions on how to contact you on the day of the tour, so please use the contact method provided in the confirmation email.
Can I have a vegetarian or other food option for pairing?
Vegetarian/Vegan/Pescatarian/Gluten Free/Dairy Free options are available.
Tell your preference directly to the guide on the day of your tour.
Are the tours conducted in English?
Yes, all of our administration and tour guides can speak English.
We now also offer Spanish tours for some of our locations!
Most are fully bilingual.
We are adding other languages to our offerings as we grow and expand the business.
Please contact us if you would like a guide in a language other than English.
Do you accommodate private tours?
Yes, we are more than happy to share more intimate food experiences with our guests.
You can choose the private tour option on the cart to make a standard tour private.
We can also tailor the tours to your preferences as well.
